I was walking to the shops and got a lovely text. of course you are a worthy tennant. I would have you in my house anyday. It will be great if you get it, so close to us, we can meet and chat over coffee and cakes.

I am having a new ring made with the diamonds from my two rings. Sooooo excited, will take photo of it when I get it (end of the month) and show you. miss you lots
